TAN - Golden Pebble Golf & Country Club
Dalian, People's Republic of China
This 700 acre resort and residential development is a 45-hole
phased project. It is the first seaside golf links in the
People's Republic of China. The first 18-hole, 7100 yard track was
completed and open for play in 1995. The second 18-holes were open
in 2001. TGP, Ltd. provided master land planning, golf course
routing, and construction documents, and construction
observation for the total project. The first phase included 300
residential lots as part of the golf community, an 18-hole user
friendly tournament course, practice range, practice greens and
putting course. The golf course overlooks dramatic, scenic
bluffs and beaches while maintaining its classic style. 9 holes
are currently in the planning process.

Meilain Lakes Golf and Country Club
Shanghai, Peoples Republic of China
The 1680 acre residential and commercial development will feature a 36 hole tournament quality golf course, practice facility, club house and a 5 star hotel. TGP, Ltd. is providing design, and construction observation for the golf course. HRC Consultants, Inc. of Arcadia, California and Taiwan is the project team leader, providing coordination and architectural design for the club house. Project is currently in construction. Izcaragua Country Club
Caracas, Venezuela
A former early 1700's coffee plantation nestled in the Izcaragua
Mountains and located just 30 minutes from downtown Caracas was
converted to a golf and country club in the 1960's. The original
estancia was [reserved and enhanced with modern buildings to
accommodate the country club. The golf course is a par 71, 6,040
yard track with narrow fairways meandering in the valleys of the
Izcaragua Mountains. Renovation of this course commenced in 1998
and continues today. Ongoing work with the membership consists
of revamping the push-up style greens, tee and drainage
improvements, and implementation of additional yardage by adding
a set of pro tees. Bunker enhancement and additions to the
original design will make this course one of the most
picturesque and challenging in Venezuala. The goal is to improve
the course's playability while also providing a challenging, yet
user friendly course in one of the most scenic parts of
Venezuela. Design and work is ongoing.

Mira
Vista Country Club
El Cerrito, California
Formerly called the Berkeley Country Club, renovation of this
1920 classic style course commenced in 1998. Ongoing work with
the membership consists of revamping of push-up style greens,
drainage improvements, tee additions and implementation of
forward tee locations, bunker enhancement and additions to the
original design. Tree thinning and removal will also be initiated.
The goal and objective is to enhance the course while
maintaining its classic style.

Sierra
View Country Club
Roseville, California
This classic 1950's country club is located on 160 acres of
rolling terrain, studded with graceful majestic California Live
Oak trees. The 6,481 yard, par 72 course is in the process of
developing a remodeling and improvement program for the golf
course. Implementation of design, and construction of the
program, will extend over a one to five year period. Planning,
design and construction are ongoing. The program is to modernize
and enhance the golf course in order to maintain and improve its
position in the Roseville country club marketplace.
